Filter option in widget not working

    Hi team – we have the latest version of Events Calendar Pro installed (see screenshot). The Events Calendar widget has a filter option that allows us to display events in the sidebar according to a particular category.

    However when we select it – it doesn’t stay.

    We’ve disabled and re-enabled plugins – still not luck. Any clues please? we’ launching in 2 days!

    Can you please send me a screenshot of the widget configuration? I’ll try to reproduce this issue in my local test site.

    Also, just to make it clear after saving the widget configuration. You reload the page and the saved options are not sticking?

    here is a screenshot of the options and how I’m selecting them

    then here is the filter after I click ‘save’

    You can see that the options don’t stick.

    Hi Nico – no they’re not sticking for us – we click save and it the filter remains empty as per the screnshot. We’ve disabled all the plugins.

    We’ve resulted to using shortcodes instead – maybe a future update will solve this.
