    I just update the Events Calendar, Events Calendar PRO and Filter plugins, and now the Filter isn’t working. I haven’t done any editing in the core files.
    I have 150+ events coming up next week and heavy traffic to my site these days, so I need this issue fixed ASAP

    Hi Soren,

    Thanks for reaching put to us and sorry to hear about this issue 🙁

    At your events page I’m seeing a javascript error in the browser console from WP Spamshield plugin. It’s probable that this error is causing Filter Bar (and other javascript related behaviour) to fail. Please try to solve this or de-activate the plugin and re-test.

    Yeah, it changes nothing – still not working. Btw, just realized that Community Events doesn’t work either. Gotta say, Event Calendar overall has been a very reliable investment on our part. It’s nothing on you personal, but as a product, it’s caused way more frustration than satisfaction…

    Sorry to hear about this not fixing the issue and also about your not-so-pleasant experience with our plugins 🙁 We try our best to deliver great code and functionality but bugs (and other malfunctions) also happen in software development. If you feel we wrongly set your expectations about our product or support service at any point please let me know about it so we can correct any copy / communications leading to this. That being said I’ll try to do my best here to help you on this 🙂

    Let start over on this issue:

    • Do you have a staging site where you are testing these updates? I can still see the javascript error on the calendar page.
    • Can you describe what are the issues you are experiencing with the filters?
    • Please follow the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide. This way we can see if this is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins.
