    Hi there.

    My website woes continue. 🙁

    This is my page… http://bit.ly/1TECPHH

I was one of the chaps that had spacing issues. I download the ‘add-on fix’ plugin like mentioned in the post above. It fixed my spacing issues but then the individual event pages wouldn’t load. I then deactivated it and then manually updated the templates.php via your GitHub post. Happy to say that my spacing issues have now been resolved but now onto the next issue.

Next, the Filter bar is not functioning on iOS. It is working A-OK in Safari and Chrome but its not happy on mobile.
It appears there but when I click on it, nothing happens. It doesn’t move at all. It’s like it is a dead button/link?? I have no idea what is going on.

This is the same for List and Month View in both portrait and landscape orientation.

To be honest with you, I actually want to be running Photo View as my default view but I have had to turn it off cause it wouldn’t load on iOS at all 🙁 🙁

Hope you can provide me with a Jedi solution, a brother needs a little help over here.

Thanks in advance for your assistance ?

Good evening Mark and welcome back!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We are glad the spacing issues are history. But we are totally sorry to hear about the glitchy display on mobile.
I would love to help you with this topic.

First off, there is a fair chance that the mobile issue could be caused by either a theme or a plugin conflict.

Could you also please go through our testing for conflicts procedure (preferably in a staging/dev environment or local install of your WordPress website) and let us know what you find out.

Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.

There are a couple of potential culprits in the list of plugins you shared with us (in the past, some of them have been know not behave nicely with our plugins), including:

    • Any redirection plugin (I notice you have 2 of them)
    • Most plugins from the JetPack family

So in short, it is certainly worth investigating.

That being said, I went ahead and did a few tests of my own to get a better sense of what the behaviour was like on an iPhone 5.

The button does manage to bring up the expanded Filter bar choices, but they are literally stuck behind the site’s mobile logo and navigation towards the bottom to be able to apply the filters is impossible. So I am thinking there is a high chance of a conflict.

I am looking forward to hear what your test results reveal.

    Have a good week-end,

    Geoff B.
