ParticipantFilter Bar not updating shows the following notice:
“The following plugins are out of date: Events Calendar PRO 3.12, The Events Calendar: Filter Bar 3.12. All add-ons contain dependencies on The Events Calendar and will not function properly unless paired with the right version. Learn More.”I verified the version and they are the same??
Please adviseDecember 9, 2015 at 12:42 pm #1038436George
ParticipantSorry to hear about this βΒ can you share the “System Information” for the site where this is happening? Here’s how to do that: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Thank you!

ParticipantThank you!
This system information shows that both Filter Bar and Events Calendar Pro are at version 3.12.
Please update these plugins to version 4.0
You can access the latest files for any plugin you own here β http://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads
Update those plugins to 4.0, make sure your license keys for them are entered and valid, and let us know if your issues persist! π

ParticipantHi,
I have the same problem, I’ve updated to the current version 4.01 and the results are not showing.
The error (no results) only occurs by clicking on the find events button, when a keyword is typed in and by using the browser reload, search results are showing.. any ideas, is my setting wrong?
Kind Regards

ParticipantHey @adis,
I’m sorry to hear about this problem. To keep things organized and to ensure that your specific problems get the right attention (as these problems may be different, and seem like they are at their source) then can you please open a new thread? A support tech will get to it as soon as possible.
Please include your system information in that new thread; here’s how to do that β https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Thanks!
