Filter Bar not showing

Hi!

I recently installed the plugin and I am trying to place filters by selection, but they do not look. I have the plugin in spanish, and I trying to place it in “Additional Fields” (Campos Adicionales).
Right now I’m with a test page, and only the default plugin filters are visible: http://pmm-bs.com/eventos/

I have consulted the following video tutorial (https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-filterbar/), and I have noticed that in “settings” I do not have the tab “Filters”, I only have the tab “additional filters” and then the tabs “Licences” and “Help”.

Welcome to our forums and thank you for your purchase! It appears you don’t have a license for the Filter Bar plugin. Can you check your order history to see if I am somehow missing it? I’m looking at your account and don’t see any record of a purchase for Filter Bar, though I do see a business license for Events Calendar PRO. I recommend reviewing our PRO Additional Fields Knowledgebase article.

thanks for your quick response. I did not know that the filter bar needed another license, I thought it was included. If you can tell me where to buy the Filter Bar plugin, it will be valued by our company.

Thank you for the update. You can purchase the Filter Bar plugin here. If anywhere on our site lead you to believe the Filter Bar plugin was included with Events Calendar PRO, please provide a link so we can address that incorrect information.

Thanks for telling me where to find the Filter Bar plugin.

In the demo of the plugin (http://wpshindig.com/events/) we will see all the features. And one of the options that shows is the Filter Bar, for this reason I thought it was included within all the features that had the plugin the “The Events Calendar PRO”.
