ParticipantHello,
We’re having an issue with TEC’s Filter Bar-plugin. When filtering events through Ajax, all events are returned despite filter settings. Changing filter settings does change the browser’s URL, and when I refresh the page (after the AJAX-call has completed) it filters just fine. In other words, it’s working normally, but it won’t actually filter anything when AJAX is used.
Part of the problem is that this problem doesn’t occur in our testing environment. We have tried sync’ing the files from the test environment to the live environment, but that did not fix the problem.
Perhaps you can shine a light on this issue, and give me a direction in which to look for a solution.
Greetings,
Tim

KeymasterHi Tim,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
The problem you mention is a recent bug we are aware of, linked with the latest update of Events Calendar PRO. I’ll mark this thread as “Pending fix”, so we could warn you as soon as the issue is solved.
In the mean-time, if you need that functionality, you may downgrade Events Calendar PRO to version 4.4.25.
Thank you for your patience and comprehension,
Best,

ParticipantThanks for the response. I’m looking forward to an update that solves this issue. In the meantime, we’ll downgrade to the version you mentioned.
Thank you!

No worries, and let me know if ever a problem happens after you’ve downgraded to the older version.
