ParticipantWhat is the latest version number of the Events Calendar Filter Bar? Does it correspond to the version number of the main Events Calendar products?

MemberGood afternoon Robert and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. The short answer is that the latest version of filter Bar is 4.4
Historically, we have had almost completely matching version numbers, but at this point it looks like our different plugins are evolving at different speeds.
Have a good weekend,
Geoff B.

ParticipantHi Geoff,
Many thanks for your very prompt reply. I was getting messages that my version of Filter Bar was out of sync, but I wasn’t being offered an upgrade because my subscription for it had apparently expired. That wasn’t clear to me because when I visited My Account there was no expired subscription listed for Filter Bar. Anyway I purchased a new subscription for Filter Bar, activated it, and finally was offered an upgrade… to, as you say, 4.4 ! So all is well now.
Maybe you can help me with something else that has been bugging us for a long time? In the backend table of Events, the two right-most columns are Start Date and End date. Is it possible to change the date format in the listings of these dates? We really don’t care about the day of the week, but we desperately need to know the YEAR of these dates! We find it helpful to keep old events in the database for more than a year, but then it really becomes essential to identify the date of a given event and not to pick up the event from the wrong year by mistake. I do hope that you can help us on this.

Guest… Have sorted the off-topic problem that I raised in my second paragraph! Simply add ‘Y’ to the ‘Date with Year’ setting in Settings…Display! Apologies for the confusion.
