ParticipantLast December, I set up a staging site for a large scale project that is incorporating your plugin, including the Filter Bar add-on. There were some issues back in March, where changing the view type was not retaining any of the filter’s fields. Fortunately, you released an update that addressed this, and all was well.
However, as of this evening, the it is not longer functioning properly. If I were to click on multiple values in a field section (say, tags, or any of the built in filters), when I switch views, it only retains one of the selected values. This is quite problematic, as the site has an approaching launch date. I really need to sort this out as quickly as possible.
I’ve attempted to install this on a completely clean WordPress installation, downgraded to multiple versions of WordPress, tried multiple plugin versions (all compatible combinations), and attempted to test this with both the Twenty Fifteen and Twenty Fourteen themes. I’m pretty certain there isn’t anything else that I could be doing here.
Are you aware of any issues with this? As I have invested in your plugin, and already debugged a large amount of issues in the past few months, I’d much appreciate some assistance in fixing this. Thanks a bunch.

ModeratorHey Joe,
Welcome back and sorry to hear about the troubles. Thanks for the in-depth post and the testing results. Can you send over your System Information as a private reply?
As of right now, I don’t see any logged bug reports of users reporting similar issues. Additionally, I just tested on my local environment using the default Twenty Sixteen theme and only our plugins activated. I was able to switch views and maintain the filters I applied.
Can you create a completely new environment with the default WP theme and only our plugins installed and activated and see if you’re able to reproduce the issue if you haven’t already?
I look forward to your response and thanks for choosing PRO. Have a good rest of your day 🙂

ParticipantThanks, Hunter. As I described above, I had done exactly as you instructed here already.
I was able to sort this out by creating some custom functionality. So I’m good to go.

ModeratorHey Joe,
Thanks for the update. My apologies for not being more clear, I was hoping you could test it on a local (not live) server to see if it’s possibly related to your hosting provider. Regardless, I’m glad to hear you’ve got it going in the right direction.
Best of luck with the project and feel free to create a new thread should anything else come up.
