ParticipantWhen I resize my browser window on PC to below 767px, my filters auto-collapse, this is fine. However, when I click on “Show Filters” the pop-up overlay that is supposed to appear by default pops up only for a brief second and then goes away. There is no way to use the filter menu when the browser screen is set to under 767px.
Please help, thank you!

ParticipantHey Jessica,
Sorry to hear about this!
For starters, can you share your System Information with us? Here’s how to do so โ https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Next, can you try activating a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twelve or Twenty Fifteen? Once activated, try recreating this problem with Filter Bar again โย what do you find? Does the exact same behavior happen?
Thank you!

ParticipantThank you for testing that Jessica! That unfortunately means that your custom theme is the source of this conflict; can you contact their support team and report this issue with them? They might be able to offer some help here.
We unfortunately do not help with problems from themes or other plugins, but I took a look at your events page regardless to see if I could learn more about the issues. I did not find any JavaScript errors or anything like that, so the conflict might be rather subtle here. Can you share your “System Information” with us as described here? โ https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Thank you!

ParticipantThanks for this information @Jessica! There are no further obvious issues there, based on the info, so my original diagnosis about this being a theme conflict unfortunately still stands ๐
I would recommend the steps I recommended up above in an earlier reply:

I’m sorry @Jessica!
