ParticipantI somehow ended up with an error in my Events Calendar feed. Can I simply restore the feed by uploading an original file? If so, which one? Thanks.

Do you still need help on this front? The feed is generated dynamically so we’d need a little more detail on the nature of the error (if you do still need help with this).

ParticipantHi, yes, as a pro user, I was disappointed at the lack of support.. especially as I have weighted the option to purchase a few of the other plugins you offer. I can appreciate that we all make mistakes though so thanks for getting back to me when you saw the message.
In the end, left to my own, I was finally able to track down a solution through other sources.

MemberJoe: this was absolutely a failure on our end. We make every attempt to hit all threads within 24 hours of original posting, but this one somehow slipped through the cracks and we missed it. This was totally unacceptable and I appreciate your understanding here.
