    Please reference the last ticket submitted. I will monitor this more closely to prevent the ticket from being closed.

    Those techniques have been tried. My workaround is to delete the feed, add back the feed then the import works.

    Thanks so much for reaching out!

    Can you provide me with the URL that you are trying to import, so that I can do some testing on my end?

    Also, can you enable and check the Event Log under Events < Help to see if you see anything unusual?<span class=”Apple-converted-space”> </span>

    Right under that is your Event Aggregator Status. Can you take a screenshot of what you see there?

    Can you please also enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see?

    Importing workflow
    https://www.wayshowerscollege.com/events/ is part of a multisite with https://newspiritualhorizons.com/

    Wayshowerscollege shares events to newspiritualhorizons, pciworld.org and impinternation.org
    The import doesnt work with newspiritualhorizons
    Also Wayshowerscollege shares to aprilazzolino.com and mdernspiritualliving.com these 2 sites havent had new events in a while but last checked were working

    In the Events/Help Section completed these items.
    1. turned on the Event Log with level Full Debug all events

    2. turned on feature “automatically share my system information with the Modern Tribe support team”

    3. under Recent Template Changes section shows:
    EVENTS CALENDAR PRO
    Existing theme overrides that may need revision: widgets/modules/single-event.php (version data missing from override)
    COMMUNITY EVENTS
    No notable changes detected

    4.under Event Aggregator Status shows:
    Event Aggregator System Status
    License & Usage
    License Key Your license is valid
    Current usage 4 imports used out of 100 available today
    Import Services
    Server Connection Connected to https://ea.theeventscalendar.com/
    Scheduler Status WP Cron enabled

    Thanks for providing me with that information.

    Can you update all of your Events Calendar related plugins to their most recent versions and test if there is still an issue there?

    Also, what do you have set for your Import Date Range Limit, under Other URL Import Settings in Events Settings < Imports?

    Let me know if you have any other quetions in the meantime!

    I have updated the site.
    The import date range limit is set to Do No Limit, should this be set to something different.
