ParticipantHi,
We’re using Event’s Calendar Pro in conjunction with WooCommerce and WooTickets to run instructor led courses for nurses, paramedics, docs, etc in the healthcare industry. The site is still under construction, and I have 2 questions:
1. I need to know if we can privately subscribe a Google or desktop calendar to the Events Calendar using some type of private URL? We really want to avoid having to enter all of our events twice for the purposes of operational planning (assigning instructors to courses etc.)
2. I really need to be able to do some kind of capacity analysis on where we are not filling courses (in certain categories, for example). Sales reporting in Woo is not what I’m looking for. I actually want to be able to combine the date in Event Calendar Pro (Events, Categories, etc) with information from WooTickets, to see where we are filling courses, and where we are not. Any suggestions?April 9, 2014 at 9:26 pm #130456skillstat
ParticipantSorry, type above in the last sentence of #2 should read: “combine the data in Event…”

MemberHi – great questions!

If you use a calendar that supports iCal then you could probably take advantage of the iCal links the calendar generates. If that’s insufficient we’d love to hear what you need and would welcome any feature requests you might post along these lines.

Only the reports already furnished by WooCommerce are available at this time. Once again we’d be open to any feature requests you might post – but above and beyond that your best bet is probably to craft some database queries that provide you with the sort of data you need.
I hope that helps š
