Features – Auto-Tagging, Imports, etc.

How could we get a feature with auto-tagging of imports that are sucked in with different event categories (e.g. to assign some to category X and others to category Y rather than have them default to only one category) added? And the ability to assign event categories to multiple organizers in multiple cities?

In our case, we want to pull events from multiple organizers in multiple cities – being able to assign it so certain events are always pulled in from City 1, and other events from City 2 would be hugely helpful. As would be able to assign certain organizers to those cities so all events pulled from them auto-tagged to the appropriate town.

This sounds like a decent-sized customization.

You could request this as a new feature (or maybe search to see if the idea was already posted by someone else) at our plugins’ UserVoice page.

This allows others who are interested in that feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.

If you post it / find it, feel free to link to it from here in case anyone comes across this forum thread in the future.
