Featured Venue Image Vs Image in Event

I have not been able to find out if I place a featured image in a venue, will that image carry on to an event if a future event is created and uses that venue?

Example. I make a venue for Bills Bait and Tackle. Featured image is a fishing rod. I create an event and create an event for a fishing tournament. I use a featured image of a striped bass. I assume that the image in the event will be the striped bass. If I create that same event without an image…will it pull the image from the venue?

To answer your question, no, the event will not pull the attached venue’s featured image if the event does not have a featured image assigned to it.
