Featured image do not show in Safari 9 OS X El Capitan

Hi, im testing the free version of The Events Calendar on this site http://www.continual.se and the Featured Image does not appear in Safari 9.0 OS X El Capitan.
But it works in Firefox and Chrome on Mac.

I need to test the Plug and see that all works before buying the Pro version.

I had exactly the same problem with Layer Slider WP but the fixed the problem in the latest update.
