    When I upload a featured image, viewing the image on any view (besides clicking on the event itself) shows the image as blurry. I know the image itself is high quality as I’m scaling it down from a much larger size and saving as PNG-24.

    W3 Total Cache Minify screwed this up. I disabled Minify for the pages / directories and this worked.
