Featured image at top of listing

Hi,

Currently the featured image for my events is displayed after the event content as you can see here: https://www.aussieaths.com.au/programs/

How do I display the featured image above the title on the events list page and on the single event page?

Also I have seen on some other peoples events websites that the event details such as map/organiser/venue etc is located down the right hand side of the page. I’m wondering how to do this?
