featured image as (full- width) background image

hey! i’m using the events-calendar pro version on the bridge theme from qode.

it would be cool to have the featured image as a full width background on the single-event page, nearly the same as the slider on my list page:

I would love to help you with this topic.

You can probably accomplish what you are looking for by tweaking some CSS rules.
Here is a good starting point:

.tribe-events-list .tribe-events-event-image img {
height: auto !important;
}

.tribe-events-list .tribe-events-event-image {
width: 48% !important;
}
