Featured Events

I want to be able to mark events as featured – I will then pick this out using a custom Toolset View for displaying on my homepage – I thought I would be able to do it via the Additional fields, but the Checkbox there is not a simple boolean – it is for a list

We are currently in the process of releasing a “Featured Events” functionality, but I don’t have a concrete date when that will be. Please keep an eye on our Release Notes and the plugin changelogs for more info.

I need this as well. But we want to be able to charge our marketplace vendors for submitting an event and having it listed as featured. A micropayment concept.

Would you als be providing a shortcode for listing “Featured Events” ?

A suggestion: If your events were actually created as WooCommerce products then you could leverage all the plugins and capabilities related to woocommerce products. There is another Event Plugin, “Woo Events”, that does this and it opens a lot of possibilities.
