    I’m upgrading events calendar from version 4.2 and tickets pro from version 4.1.3. The updating is just spinning and spinning, never ending. Meanwhile if i go to any page on my site, i get Fatal error below. I also have no way to stop the updating. I even try to delete the plan-in, but get the error. I am completely stuck in this loop. I wish there was a warning not to make any update. I had just spend all day adding my events and venues, will these be lost?? :((

    We are sorry to hear about the fatal error messages you have encountered while attempting to upgrade our plugins.
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    First of all, the good news is that normally, your events should not be lost.

    Here is how to repair the current situation:

    1. Connect to your site via FTP and head to /wp-content/plugins OR, if FTP is not an option, use your CPanel’s file manager to head to the same place
    2. Find the Events Tickets Plus plugin folder and completely delete it
    3. Your website should be back online
    4. Go to your downloads page https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ and download + install the Events Tickets Plus plugin manually
