ParticipantHi
I have just got the following message after upgrading my plugin
Fatal error: Class ‘Tribe__Events__PUE__Plugin_Info’ not found in /home/theschoolofmarke/public_html/wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/Tribe/PUE/Checker.php on line 562
Can you explain or tell me how to fix this please. I am going to restore the site because the update has removed all the formatting that we had put around the listing page so I need to make sure we take a back up of that first – but I will be re-installing the update after.
thanks

ParticipantHey Julia,
I’m so sorry to hear this. This is a bug that a few of our team members have been able to reproduce, but that others, like myself, have not been able to reproduce…so the behavior is inconsistent and we’re not quite certain what is causing this.
Can you clarify what version you are updating from? I.e., have you been using The Events Calendar version 4.1.4 before this 4.2 update? Or perhaps something else like 4.1.1? (To the best of your knowledge.)
Really sorry for the trouble here, Julia!

ParticipantAlso got the same error:
Fatal error:
Class ‘Tribe__Events__PUE__Plugin_Info’ not foundBut despite the error message, the plugins appear to have completed the update, and calendar seem to be functioning as normal.
This is on a small site running Events Calendar, Events Calendar Pro, & Community Events.
(Since the site appears to be functioning normally despite the error message, I am not seeking support — I just wanted to report this to possibly assist with debugging. In this instance I had updated all 3 plugins simultaneously, as I had not read the notice about that being a problem)

ParticipantThank you for reporting this, @Abigail!
Just to be clear, now the updates are complete, does that error show up at all anywhere anymore?
Thank you!
