I am having a issue all of sudden with updating recurring events. I get this error whenever we edit a recurring event: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 72 bytes) in /home/<username>/public_html/wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/Tribe/Recurrence.php on line 93

I have tried switching to the default WordPress 2017 theme, turned off all other plugins and even tried restoring the site on a fresh install on another server. I was able to delete the recurrence settings and update the event and then edit the event again adding the recurrence back. That worked but that will get difficult if I have to re-do it on all of our events.

Any idea why this is happening and how I can fix it?

I figured out the issue. It was a conflict with the Divi Display Logic plugin that was installed on the site. I have disabled it and everything is working. Not sure why it didn’t work when I disabled it earlier but the error comes back the second I turn on that plugin. For now, we don’t need that plugin so we’ll just keep it disabled.
