Alan
ParticipantHi
I’ve just attempted to get to grips wirth Event Tickets with Event Tickets Plus.
I’ve assigned the Tickets to display on a custom post type called ‘Wrapper’
I’m not using Events Calendar as it’s not required for this project.I’ve then attempted to create a ticket, entered some stock etc – upon publishing the post the page then throws the fatal error:
PHP Fatal error: Class ‘Tribe__Events__Main’ not found in —- /wp-content/plugins/event-tickets-plus/src/Tribe/Commerce/WooCommerce/Main.php on line 1975
I’ve tried stripping things back to installing twentysixteen and deactivating plugins but I get the exact same result.
I’ve also tried re-downloading and installing files but no joy.
Thanks

MemberGood evening Alan and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the fatal error you have encountered while using our plugins.
I would love to help you with this topic. The good news is that this is a recent known bug and that there is a workaround for it until we fix things on our end.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused.Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date at this point. But stay tuned, you will be contacted when fix is released.
In the meantime, even if you are not actually going to use it, installing our free the Events Calendar plugin fixes the issue.
https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

MemberGood evening Alan,
Thank you for writing back.
I am glad the issue was fixed by the suggested workaround.I am sorry to hear about your second issue.
As it turns out, unfortunately, it is not possible to switch ticket types after their initial creation.
In other words, you can’t transform an RSVP ticket into a WooCommerce ticket and vice-vera.The only solution is to actually recreate a new ticket of the desired type for now and then delete the initial one.
Best regards,
Geoff B.
