    We just updated Events Tickets Plus, and After updating the Events Tickets Plus plugin, our website returned this error:

    “Fatal error: Declaration of Tribe__Tickets_Plus__Commerce__WooCommerce__Main::checkin() must be compatible with Tribe__Tickets__Tickets::checkin($attendee_id, $qr)”

    I ended up deleting the Events Tickets Plus plugin manually from the plugins folder to get the site back up and running. Any idea what caused this?

    Hey,

    I apologize for the issues here.

    There appears to be an issue with the latest update here that we’ll need to address. However, in the meantime, the best option is to either do what you’ve done and delete and revert back or to download the latest versions of the plugin (to matching versions) and upload via FTP and activate again.

    Which plugins need to match? I am only running the Tickets Plus, and I reinstalled the earlier version and it still crashed the site. Do I have to roll back Event Tickets too? Where can I get the previous version of that one if so?

    We also experienced this issue. At least it is on a dev site while we evaluate the plugins…

    Fatal error: Class ‘Tribe__Events__Main’ not found in /home/jonott911/wp.getice.tools/wp-content/plugins/wootickets/wootickets.php on line 114

    Thanks for the suggestion to delete from plugins folder.

    Sorry again about this issue. Deleting will work here and then adding the latest versions via FTP should work to get them both updated.
