ParticipantHello,
I’ve purchased your plugin and I’m getting the following error when trying to click to view a product within woocommerce. When I disable the Events Tickets Plus plugin, I’m able to view the product normally. Please advise.
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function tribe_is_event() in /home/nedpg/public_html/wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/src/Tribe/REST/V1/Headers/Base.php:95 Stack trace: #0 /home/nedpg/public_html/wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/common/src/Tribe/REST/Headers/Supported.php(39): Tribe__Tickets__REST__V1__Headers__Base->get_rest_url() #1 /home/nedpg/public_html/wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/common/vendor/lucatume/di52/src/tad/DI52/closuresSupport.php(24): Tribe__REST__Headers__Supported->send_header(”) #2 /home/nedpg/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(286): {closure}(”) #3 /home/nedpg/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(310): WP_Hook->apply_filters(NULL, Array) #4 /home/nedpg/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php(453): WP_Hook->do_action(Array) #5 /home/nedpg/public_html/wp-includes/template-loader.php(12): do_action(‘template_redire…’) #6 /home/nedpg/public_html/wp-blog-header.php(19): require_once(‘/home/nedpg/pub…’) #7 /home/nedpg/public_html/index.php(17): require(‘/home/nedpg/pub…’) # in /home/nedpg/public_html/wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/src/Tribe/REST/V1/Headers/Base.php on line 95

MemberHi James!
Thanks for taking the time to report this.
Unfortunately, that is an issue introduced in our latest Event Tickets 4.7.5 release.
The good news is we have been able to isolate the bug and we’ve just shipped a fix inĀ Event Tickets 4.7.5.1
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
Please update the plugin and let us know if the fix works for your site.
Best,

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
