ParticipantAfter we have imported 19,630 venues we are getting this error when trying to access the settings from the plugin.
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 64 bytes) in /var/www/html/dev/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1841
Also on the add new event page we are missing all fields after date and time section.
I am looking forward to your support.

KeymasterHi Miroslav,
19,630 venues?!? WOW, that’s impressive!
Based on the error message I would say that the memory on the server (256M) is not enough to handle that amount. As a first I would try to increase that to 512 or even 1024M and see if that solves the problem.
Check and let me know how that works out.
Also I recommend the following articles in case you experience long load times on the front end:

ParticipantHi András,
Thank you for your replay. We have increased the memory limit and now plugin works.
It would be great if there is a way to substitute the drop down for venues with search field or something else what does not load all fields at once.I have found some suggestions on forum, but maybe you could tell me what would be the best solution.
Thank you!

KeymasterHi Miroslav,
That is actually possible as of version 4.4.2 I believe. Check this video:

We have just released 4.4.3 today, so I suggest that after you do a full site backup (just in case, always recommended before updates), update the plugins and check that out how it works. And let me know please. 🙂

ParticipantThank you.
We have reduced venue list to 4000 and it works great.

Happy to hear you were able to find a fix for that! Great job!
Since this is marked resolved I am going to close this ticket, but if you need anything else related to this topic or another please post a new one in the forum and we will be happy to help you out.
