Facebook Token Won't Renew

Hi- When I try to renew my facebook token, It connects to FB, says “success” then goes right back to the same screen with a message that the token is expired. PLEASE HELP ME

I’m very sorry about this issue you are experiencing, let me help you to solve it!

I’ve ran a test and voluntarily disconnected the Facebook Token from my own site and reconnected again: everything is working as expected, I couldn’t reproduce the issue you are experiencing.

Can you please make sure that all of your Modern Tribe plugins are up to date? After that, since the “Refresh your connection with Facebook” button (under Events > Settings > APIs) is not working as expected, I would suggest you to click on “Disconnect” and after that reconnect to Facebook again.

Please make sure that you are not trying to connect to Facebook using an incognito/private window. If the issue persists, try again using a different browser and let me know how it goes.
