Facebook Previews missing Image & Info

I’m about to loose my mind. I’ve successfully posted events to my business page and it shows the event image and a preview of the text before upgrading to pro.

It looks like this:

Now when I post an event on facebook, its not showing the featured image nor any related text. And its for all the posts I’m trying to do, currently I have 20 unsuccessful preview posts for events on facebook.

Im about to go a tiny bit crazy as I really want/need the featured image to show and the snip of content for the facebook preview.

Hey Rhonda,

Sorry to hear about your frustrating issue – I know Facebook can be tricky sometimes. I’m not entirely sure the issue you’re experiencing is a result of upgrading to PRO, but let’s explore some options…

The first thing I would try is pasting the link to Facebook as you normally would. Once you see the image doesn’t display correctly, refresh the page and paste the link in again. Sometimes it takes Facebook a couple times to recognize the data.

A good page to check your snippet preview and investigate possible errors is through Facebook’s DeBugger tool for Developers.

I’m sorry to hear you’re still having troubles, however the issue you’re experiencing is not directly associated with our plugins. Unfortunately, these types of issues extend beyond the support we’re able to provide through the forums.

I recommend trying a search in the WordPress repository for a plugin that can help improve your social media snippets.
