Facebook Multi-day event not imported

Hi,

One of the Facebook pages that I’m trying to import from has a event that runs from September 19th to November 1st. Since I didn’t start importing until recently, the event has not been imported at all, even though it’s still running daily. I see that EA does not allow the import of a recurring event, but this one is not recurring, just a multi-day event. Is there a way to import this event after the start date has passed?

I’ve run across a few restrictions with this plugin since purchasing it that weren’t clearly disclosed in the pre-sale documentation. I’m not sure if this is the ideal solution for my project after all, unfortunately.

Any help would be appreciated.

Also thank you for your feedback on the pre-sales documentation. If you would care to share with me what information you were missing from the docs I will make sure to let the responsible team know so we can address the issue if there is one.

Did you try using the direct url of that event for the import? Could you share it with me to test as well?
