Facebook Imports the wrong date for events

I started using facebook events a few days ago and it is not functioning correctly. Almost 100% of the imported events have the wrong dates and times. They mostly come up as being the day after the actual event and I have checked the facebook events pages to ensure it is correct in facebook. I can put up with the duplicate images and the duplicate venues (I know that this is a facebook thing, not your plugin), but the dates and times need to be accurate. Please help me get this functioning correctly or I will need to get a refund on this particular add-on.

Hey Erin,

Sorry for your troubles here – the first thing I’m curious about is the Timezone Settings on your WordPress installation (Settings > General).

Next, what timezone are your events on Facebook in themselves? Are they mostly in the same timezone? If not, then do you notice any differences with date and time after importing the events in one timezone vs. another?

Finally, for now, can you clarify each of these pieces of information:
1. What version of WordPress is currently active on your site?
2. What version of The Events Calendar is currently active on your site?
3. What version of Facebook Events is currently active on your site?
