Facebook Import taking too long to load, or to import

When I click on: Import: Facebook, it takes a long time for the import page to come up (if it does at all). Then it takes even longer to actually import the events. Also, it’s not importing events automatically. Any suggestions?

This is definitely a strange issue to be having. Hopefully we can help to diagnose the root of the issue and get you pointed in the right direction for a solution.

As a first step, can you verify that you’ve followed the Testing for Conflicts procedures to ensure that this isn’t being caused by a theme or plugin conflict?

Let me know if following the procedures reveals a conflict or if you’re still experiencing the issue after pursuing those steps.
