    Hi guys,

I have this new problem. I have bigger amount of facebook pages to import, of course at the beginning it was prob. because normal hosting could not challenge it, so I went to the VPS solution to have option set-up no execution time for your incredible script (since than no 500 errors anymore). Because I am waiting for your new release, which could solve your issue with bugs in auto-import function (we were talking about it last time), every day I have to go to the Import:Facebook (tribe admin one) page wait to reload the page with all pages, select not imported events, and than hit the button import all selected…

Everything went well since yesterday or day before, when this page just stopped continue loading at some line (everytime different), so I cannot hit the button, because it is at the end of the page…. Well now I cannot import any of events (auto-import does not work and this way does not work too…) I have to say, script can go as long as he want and the page just stop (no 500 error)… I did not add any new page last two weeks (still same amount of fb sources) so no changes from my side…

Please, what can I do, what happened? Yes I updated your plug in to last one….could be the reason?

    Thank you!!!

    Hi Jakub,

I’m sorry you’ve been hitting up against difficulties.

I’m curious: how many Facebook pages are you importing from? It’s possible that the available memory is being exceeded.

    Hi Barry,

it is 700+ pages at the moment, not all of them are active with events.

That is probably the reason, is there any chance, there will be some kind of change, in new release of your facebook plugin, that will allow us to download manually/automatic events bit by bit or by smaller portions or the button to manuallly import will be on the top…or something, that will help?

    Thank you!!!

    Hi Jakub,

We’re looking at possibilities here but I’m not sure what shape the final solution will take.

Unfortunately, in the meantime, it is unlikely that adding such large numbers of page IDs will be viable in a typical hosting environment.
