Facebook import not working

I deactivated all plugins and reverted to twentyseventeen, and the problem still exists.

When I try to import this scheduled event, the event doesn’t import… and it doesn’t preview.

Hi Bradley!

First, let me apologise for the delay in getting back to you. We’ve been out on our annual team trip and we are slowly getting back to normal response times.

I can see the next event available event to import from that Facebook page is in July 14. Could you please check your Import Date Range Limit by going to Events > Settings > Imports tab under Global Import Settings ?

That setting will determine how far in the future to fetch events to import.
