Facebook Events Tab Not Showing Up Under Settings

Hi – I just bought and uploaded the Facebook Events add-on and it’s not showing up on the settings page. I updated the other related Tribe plugins but I’m still getting an error that read “Your version of The Events Calendar is not up-to-date with one of your The Events Calendar add-ons. Please update now.” I can’t seem to make it go away. I have been modifying the calendar though most of it has been cosmetic. I understand that you want me to deactivate all the plugins and check the theme but this is a heavily traveled live site and I was hoping that you’ve seen something like this before I go through shutting down the plugins and trying different themes.

Hello Justin,

The only way to fix/troubleshoot the problem is to deactivate the plugins and go back to a default theme to isolate issue. Can you make a local copy and test it there? Since it sounds like you’ve made customizations, I’m probably not going to be able to assist much.

Without knowing anything about the changes you’ve made, are you aware of our Documentation (http://docs.tri.be/) or Themer’s Guide (https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/events-calendar-themers-guide/)? Maybe there’s some information there that can help you identify what went wrong.
