    Hello,

    I purchased and installed the Facebook Events add-on about a month ago. Everything worked perfectly for the first import (events from three Facebook pages, however two of them didn’t have events to import at the time). Now, the client has called me to let me know that she has added events to all three Facebook pages over the past month and “nothing has ever imported to the site”.

    I checked the site this morning and everything looks to be entered correctly, however on the Facebook page within the plugin, it doesn’t list any events to import and it is not auto-importing anything hourly.     Hi,

    Sorry for the issues with Facebook Events. I can work to resolve this with you.

    Since no events are showing available to import what are the page ids you have in this field:

    Events > Settings > Facebook > “Organization and page usernames / IDs to fetch events from”

    Please post those in a Private Reply and we can go from here.

    Thanks for the Facebook IDs.

    The first id does not have events to import.

    The 2nd showed 4 for me.

    The 3rd has a restriction (age, country, etc) and events are not able to be imported from the page.

    Since you are not seeing anything on the Facebook Importer can you confirm the Facebook App is setup and working correctly.

    Also, can you see if you can import this event using this id:

    1379140759078229

    I have requested that the client remove the restriction on the 3rd Facebook page. The 2nd Facebook page is the page we are most concerned about right now. They are about to have their Grand Opening of that location. Since it does have events and no restrictions, and they are not importing, I’m assuming my next step is to look at the Facebook App that I created? Do you have a suggested way of testing the App? Does Facebook have a tool for this?

    I would test the app using that ID in my previous reply.

    If you can import it then it is working and something else is causing this.

    If not then I would recheck your app in Facebook and make sure the fields are correct in the Facebook Tab of the Event Settings.
