Facebook Events – managing recurring events

Hi there,

We want to integrate an events calendar with Facebook so that we can edit the event info on Facebook and have it show up on the site. Looks like your plugin does that, yay!

My question is how we can manage recurring events, as we ideally want to show the week view with the event only displaying on the days it runs (for example, Mondays and Wednesdays but not Tuesdays – which Facebook doesn’t do).

Can we make edits within WordPress that override the Facebook details, or..?

Hi Caroline,

Thanks for the interest in the Facebook Importer. Unfortunately, it does not support recurring events or managing recurring events.

The plugin works one way, it imports events into your WordPress site. It cannot sync events if changes are made in either service.
