Hi Julie, thanks for your response, but setting the update interval to daily isn’t a practical solution for us.
As you know from another thread, we have to manually enter ticket link in WP, since your plug in does not import that info. So, we’d be entering data in Facebook, then we’d have to keep checking and wait for the plug-in to pull the event data in so that we can then enter the ticket links.
The problem is that workarounds negate the time the plug in is supposed to be saving.
Do you have an idea when this bug will be fixed?
