    I purchased this product back in 2015. I am aware that I did not get any updates or support after 1 year, but I still at least had a product to use for my website. I was good with this.

    It appears you have taken away the ability to even download the product, but I was happy with the “final” release that I had.

    I was not notified (just searched my email) of any change or that I would essentially lose my money and product all together. Is there anything that can be done as it is a hobby site and not something I make money off of that I can support paying for products all the time? I try and support local bands and their shows locally in one place as our city does not have this anywhere and run the site for that. That was why I kinda liked the one time fee forever type thing until I wanted to pay for an upgrade if features were released that I felt I needed to obtain.

    Please let me know.

    Hi Frank,

    Thanks for taking the time to reach out, and I’m so sorry for the trouble here! Users who have purchased legacy plugins from us in the past should still have access to downloads of previous purchases under theĀ Retired Plugins heading on their account’s Downloads page. On reviewing your account with us, it does appear that this section isn’t rendering properly for your account. I’ve gone ahead and ticketed this bug for us to address in a future site update–thanks so much for bringing it to our attention!

    In the meantime, if you should need access to the latest available download for Facebook Events, we’d be more than glad to get you set up with that. Would you mind shooting us a quick email with your request and a reference to this thread? (Please select the option “Help accessing my account” from the drop-down menu to display the full email form.)
