I want to know if I purchase the Facebook Events add-on, will I be able to both import events and create custom events on the calendar? I mean to say, if I want to add an event that isn’t on Facebook, would I be able to do that?

Absolutely! With the free version of The Events Calendar, available for download here, you’re able to add events manually. From there, you can purchase the Facebook Events plugin to start importing events from Facebook into your WordPress site.
