Facebook add-on not showing, insufficient permissions to access

Hi, I cannot find the facebook add on in the settings, the license key is up-to date-and implemented. When i go to my old shortcut link – I simply get one error message ” You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

Please help.

Hey @thisismarkc,

Thanks for reaching out. You mention your “old shortcut link”, so while that doesn’t work, can you clarify what happens if you go into your site’s wp-admin directly and then go to Events → Import?

You should be brought to this page which has a Facebook tab where you can perform your Facebook imports:
