Extended Menu in Thrive Themes

I use Thrive Themes. They have a great menu for organization that they call an extended menu. You can see it on this page: toadvalley.com

The problem is that there is a plugin conflict on the events page with your plugin and whatever the feature is that they use to create the extended menu.

They told me to reach out to you, so we could hopefully resolve the issue with some minor coding. Here is what they saw: https://cl.ly/1H1S1I1e1D1M

This is what their support told me to ask you: ask if they can fix the jQuery issue or if there is something that we should need to do, to fix the conflict in their plugins.

I’d appreciate some help on this. Let me know if this is something you can do.

Hi Allison,

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with your site menu on the events page.

I’ve taken a look at the error in question. It is being generated by the theme’s javascript file, so I’m not sure what we could do to fix it. Since there’s so many themes and plugins out there, we cannot guarantee compatibility or provide support for issues with third party products, as is stated in our Scope of Support.
