As you can see I had bought your plugin for go-out.gr and the project go-out.gr has not started yet. So I would like to know if you can cancel my subscription and refund the amount and come again to your product when I ll be ready.

Is that possible?

Howdy Stavros,

I would love to help if I could, but you are well outside of our return window at this point. Our credit card processor has a firm deadline of 30 days for returns, and the 30 days was up back in March. I am sorry. The good news though is that you can transfer your license to another site, and when you renew your license you will get a 30% discount.

can i “freeze” my account and when i ll enable the site and the plugin will continue the subscription that i have bought?
