    Hi There,

I’m currently testing the free version of the All in One Calendar plugin. I’m 99% there, but my boss wants calendar export options to include Yahoo and Outlook. I’ve managed to create a button for Yahoo, but I cannot get the button to open yahoo calendar like it does when you click on +Export to Google. If the pro-version does this I am ready to make the purchase. Your assistance will be much appreciated.

KInd Regards and hope to hear from you soon soon.

    Hey Jess,

    Thanks for reaching out.

We do not make the All in One Calendar plugin โ€” we make a different on called The Events Calendar. Our pro plugin, Events Calendar Pro, only works with The Events Calendar, not the All in One Calendar plugin or any other calendar plugins.

If you’re looking for the All in One Calendar plugin folks, we’re unfortunately not them. ๐Ÿ™ So I would encourage finding their website and contacting their team.

If I am misunderstanding things here and you do need our help, apologies โ€” let me know in more detail how we can help and I will try to do so! ๐Ÿ˜€

Hi George, Whoops I did mean The Events Calendar by you folks! The same Q still stands! Thanks for the speedy response! ๐Ÿ™‚

    Awesome, thanks for clarifying.

When it comes to The Events Calendar, there are no built-in “export” links for Outlook or Yahoo, so you would have to write custom code to add those export links (or hire someone to write that custom code for you).

We have a list of great developers here โ†’ http://m.tri.be/18k1 (and have no affiliation with any of these folksโ€”theyโ€™re simply some well-respected names in the community that weโ€™ve compiled to share in situations like this one).

Please let me know if there are any other issues or questions I can try to help with!

    Sincerely,
    George

Hi George, Thanks again for your help. Just a quick Q. Would it not have been a sensible idea to have that functionality already built into the Pro Version of your Plugin??

    Hey Jess,

Our plugins allow for exporting events in the almost-universally-used .ics file format; this is an acceptable format for importing into any major calendar app, from Google Calendar and Apple iCal to Outlook and Yahoo Calendar, and all sorts of stuff in between!

There are many specific services we could name, but to keep things simple only put two buttons for now.

If you feel strongly about having more features in our plugins, please do post your opinions on our UserVoice page because other users can “vote” ideas there up or down; we take this feedback seriously and often use it to make product and design decisions, and so for example if a ton of people are requesting a Yahoo Calendar button, we could see that and it could play a signifcant role in providing better support for that in the future.

You can find our UserVoice page here โ†’ http://tribe.uservoice.com

    Cheers!
    George
