Hello – I can’t seem to figure out how to export all of the events from one calendar so that we can import into another calendar.

    Is this possible?

    Hey Craig,

Thanks for getting in touch, I’ll help you out on this!

You can use the ‘+ Exported listed events’ button (at the bottom of list view) to get an iCal feed of the events in the view. This is also possible by apprending ?ical=true to the event view URL. For example: http://site.com/events/list/?ical=true. Once you have the file you should be able to import it to your other calendar.

Please let me know if this what you were looking for,
    Best,
    Nico

Thanks – what I was hoping to find was a CSV export so we could export the data from one calendar. Make minor changes in the csv file and then import into another calendar. Is that possible?

    Craig,

Thanks for following up and for clarifying!

At the time we do not have a CSV exporter for events. There are a couple of related feature requests on The Events Calendar user voice page, feel free ti jump in and add your vote / comments.

If you have some programming skills you might be able to craft a snippet to pull events and output the data in csv format. If you decide to do I can point you in the right direct, but creating the snippet for you would certainly be out of the support scope.

Please let me know about it,
    Best,
    Nico
