MemberRight. The “View Details” link doesn’t appear in the ticket options/links for Alena because there is no Attendee Meta for that ticket.
Please do let us know what you find out.
Here’s a code snippet to implement <noscript>:

FYI: It’s scheduled (no guarantees) to have a fix within the next couple of weeks (I don’t know what it might look like) so this snippet may be unnecessary / duplicative once that comes out.

ParticipantNot sure what that is supposed to do but it crashes the entire site.
The issue with Javascript is not the issue; we tested with multiple people and that’s not the issue.
Just last night… had a new registration… Called him, javascript is enabled. Only possible odd thing he did was fill everything out this morning on his phone, safari (iOS), and then let it set all day because his wife had the debit card, he waited until last night went back to the cart and completed the process. Can’t imagine that’s what everyone else did.
Please advise.

MemberIf adding that code snippet to your active theme’s functions.php file, make sure to remove the snippet’s initial
<?phpline. It’s required for gists to enable syntax highlighting (the different colors). And, although JavaScript might not have been this person’s issue, it does sound like one of the issues previously mentioned by Geoff so at least it sounds like it is one of the known issues.
I’d suggest implementing the <noscript> snippet and see if that protects against some of the potential in this happening, especially for a regular checkout (no long delay like this user).

MemberHi there,
Just wanted to share with you that a new maintenance release (for the Week of 1st May 2017) is out, including a fix for this issue 🙂
Now attendee meta is saved alongside the WooCommerce cart session instead of just relaying on cookies. Hopefully this prevents issues with empty attendee information in the attendees report!
Find out more about the release → https://theeventscalendar.com/maintenance-release-week-1st-may-2017/
Please update the plugins and let us know if the fix works for your site,
Best,

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
