Export not fixed

    My ticket keeps getting closed without any resolution. I keep asking for the EXPORT function to be fixed and it never does and the tickets keep getting closed. This is the issue where presumably it is broken if export cannot escape certain characters or that is what I have been told. Please do NOT close this ticket without a resolution.

    Hi Karen,

    I apologize for the ticket closure confusion. I’ve had a look into it and the issue itself that you reported hasn’t been closed. We’re still planning to address it as soon as we have the resources to do so. The closing of a support forum ticket only means that we’re tidying things up on our end and we’ve listed the need for the update internally to be address at a future time. Like Barry said, we’ve added a notation to the bug fix to contact you once it’s been resolved.

    If you’re having trouble with a different issue, please don’t hesitate to create a separate support ticket for that.

    Karen: while I’m going to go ahead and close this topic I want to assure you that, as Jami already covered, that does not mean the bug report itself is closed.

    We’ll do our best to update you as soon as a fix is available by re-opening and posting an update in an appropriate forum topic that you’ve already been participating in (and if for any reason we forget to do so, you should see the fix in the changelog and accompanying blog post when that release in question rolls out).
