    Hi,
When I use the Export Month’s Events feature it work OK except that all of the dates are out by a day.
E.g. An event which occurs on December 12-13 appears in my calendar as December 11-12.
    Can you help, please?

    Pauline.

    Hey Pauline,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

This is definitely a strange issue to be having. Do you happen to have a link where we can check this out and review the export file that is getting generated? If you would like, you can mark the reply with the link as private.

    Thanks!

    Hey,

    Thanks for providing the link!

I’ve found a bug that has been reported and will have an update coming soon to address the issue. To verify that we’re dealing with the same situation here, can you try changing the setting for the “End of day cutoff” to be 2am? Then go back and check the iCal file and see if that makes the dates display properly.

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!

    Josh,
I changed the cutoff time for the Dec 12-13 event to Dec 13 2:00am and it appears in my calendar now with the correct dates.

    Hey Pauline,

Thanks for verifying this! It sounds like you’re experiencing the known bug and the issue will get addressed in an upcoming release.

I’ll go ahead and close this thread for now. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to open a new thread.

    Thanks!
