Export Criteria

I’m looking for an events calendar for a new entertainment and tourism website. I’ve been testing the free version of several before I purchase. The export function exports only the event information but not the Venue or Organizer information.

Can it be configured so that it exports, event, venue, and organizer information to one record in one file?

Henry,

Events, venues and organizers are all created as individual custom post types. The only way to export in a single file is to do a complete site export which also has posts and page data inside. Though, I’m not certain that this will work for importing, as it is recommended to import Events after venues and organizers. You can read more about exporting events for migration in this knowledgebase article.

You could also look into the WP All Import and WP All Export plugins, which would allow you to do this.
