If you create a ticket for an event and the event expires, the ticket is no longer available for purchase on the archived past events page. BUT, if you assign the ticket to a woocommerce product category, the ticket remains available in the store and can still be purchased. It’s not removed from the woo store once the actual event that it’s linked to expires.

Actual ticket in store product category: https://www.ncfloristassociation.com/product-category/events-tickets/

I changed the price to a penny until you could look at the issue. I could also remove the ticket from the woo product category also, but you’d have to do that everytime a ticket expires instead of it becoming unavailable after it expires.

Hi. Thanks for your detailed question.

By default, the Woo Tickets are hidden from the product store. You should see this on all your ticket products: https://cl.ly/3B2c0B3j2A0v

If you don’t, are you manually overriding this, possibly via a custom code snippet?

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
