    Hi, I was under the understanding that once I purchased the premium plugin I could still use it but I just would not have support on it if it expired. Is this true? In that case, I can’t seem to activate any of my license keys. Is that because I am trying to use a more recent version than what I have paid support for? In that case, what version can I use without having to pay again? Thanks!

    Hey there Andrea,

    Your understanding was correct. You can continue to use the plugin after the license expires, but you won’t be able to download updates or access the support forum. And since you downloaded the update and here we are in the forum, I’ve got to believe there’s something else going on.

    Can you help me track it down by telling me what licenses you hold and when you bought them? Have some expired and others not? Do some work, but not others? You should be able to find that information by clicking on the “Account Central” link in the upper right corner, and then selecting “License Keys”. And if you need to revert to a previous version, you can find those under the “Downloads” option on the same menu.

    If you could answer those questions, it would help us figure out just what’s happening there.

    Thought I’d chime in… I have Pro and Woo Ticket. Yesterday my Pro (exp. 2014-08-21) had an error message: “Sorry, this key is out of installs,” and today it is valid and Woo Tickets (exp approx 2014-10-10) has the message. Maybe not related, but some license validation problems going on here.

    Since we’re dealing with license issues here, could I ask that you email your details to pro (at) tri.be? That way they’ll be better able to address your problems. Public forums are probably not the best place to do this.
